Fracturing Supervisor - Brandon
The Fracturing Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of fracturing operations in the field. Supervisors are responsible for the supervision and safety of personnel and equipment during the hours of their shift.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and operate various tractor trailer trucks over diverse terrain and through all weather conditions
- Dispatch equipment and product in accordance with the job program or call sheet
- Confirm with customer that all quantities, types of fluid, additives, as well as mixing processes meet customer and program requirements
- Complete all documentation, inspections, and procedures, following both the pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures as well as the rig-up and rig-out procedures
- Supervise and perform maintenance to units and auxiliary equipment
- Assist with the evaluation and training of personnel
- Ensure all Workplace Safety, Environmental and National Safety Code Policies and Regulations are being followed
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum two years experience in Fracturing Operations
- Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Skilled in supervision including motivation, coaching, delegation, and training
- Ability to prioritize multiple activities with tight deadlines
- Skilled in problem-solving techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Standard First Aid and H2S are an asset
- High School Graduate
